Savvi’s add-on and subscription services are offered at a flat rate. Rates vary by the size and complexity of the company and its legal needs. Particularly larger or older companies with more complex legal needs will be subjected to a quote for each of our offered services. All pricing is subject to change at Savvi's sole discretion at any time.
Pricing for our services is determined through a tier-based system. See the following specifications to gauge the tier of your company:
Tier 1 - Your company has raised less than $1 million and has less than 25 stakeholders.
Tier 2 - Your company has raised between $1-5 million or has between 26-50 stakeholders.
Tier 3 - Your company has raised more than $5 million or has more than 51 stakeholders.
