- Registered agents are required for any filing in states where you do not have a physical presence.
- Many companies use registered agents even in states where they have a physical address to maintain privacy and outsource mail management for official notices from the government and third parties (i.e., law suits).
- Requires a Savvi "Registered Agent" subscription for the state where Savvi will be managing your registered agent service. This is currently available for $99/state.
