A corporate record is a consolidation of your company’s organizational, governance, and equity documents.

With this service, the Savvi servicing team can generate a cap table for your company to reflect the current capitalization of your company based on information in your Savvi account. Additionally, the servicing team will help you establish your corporate record by organizing your existing legal documents and linking them to a single report.

This service is accessed through the Entity Setup workflow. This workflow, in addition to routine cap table and corporate record maintenance are only available through our add-on subscription service, Corporate Compliance.
