This article describes the nondisclosure agreement and how you can access it on Savvi.
An NDA, or non-disclosure agreement, is an agreement to prevent the disclosure of information within a specified context. These are typically used when a company wants to discuss a potential business relationship with someone and desires to share confidential information with that party as part of the discussion. NDAs can be "unilateral" (only one party is sharing confidential information) or "mutual" (both parties are sharing confidential information).
