Advisor Agreements outline the relationship between an Advisor and the Company. It states the amount the Advisor will be paid (if anything) and in what capacity the Advisor will work for the Company. The Agreement usually includes obligations of confidentiality at the very least, and may also contain intellectual property assignments, non-solicitation, and non-competition provisions if the Advisor is heavily involved in the company. This is typically a variation on an independent contractor agreement.
